What do I need in order to become a Munte Athos distributor?
We work exclusively with companies registered in Romania or the European Union. You need a valid VAT number, storage that meets the temperature requirements of the products (refrigeration for dairy) and a clearly defined territory or sales channel. We do not ask for a minimum number of years in business.
What is the minimum order?
The first order can be a mixed pallet with products from several categories, so you can test demand in your area. For recurring orders the threshold is agreed together, based on your channel and delivery frequency.
How fast do the goods arrive?
We keep permanent stock in Romania, so orders leave the warehouse fast, usually within 24 hours of confirmation. For items brought in from Greece on request, the lead time is stated with the quote.
Do you deliver across the country?
Yes. We deliver throughout Romania, directly from our central warehouse in Bucharest and from our production facility in Brezoaele, Dâmbovița county. For partners in the European Union we arrange dedicated transport.
Can I get samples before the first order?
Yes. After the initial call we prepare a sample set from the categories you are interested in, together with technical sheets and the shelf life of the current lots.
Do you offer territorial exclusivity?
We look at territorial or channel exclusivity case by case, after the first months of working together and based on the coverage you can realistically sustain.
